Hey, i'm really unable to motivate myself wor.. How??
Haha, tomorrow is the starting of school, but then, i really feel restless to motivate myself.

Again and again

Watching Chingay Parade live while surfing the net.. Well, cannot believe it, the live is more better than to watch it over the television. But then, there are too many people here, hence too crowded. But, it is very nice and exciting.

Haha, you know what?
Recess Week is all over.
All the slacking and rotting time are all over..
So what does it mean?

Well, quite simple actually.
It means:
(1) i cannot sleep until i wake up so naturally. That is to say, my alarm clock has to start to do its work to wake me up again.
(2) i cannot go around various part of the country to take photos for fun and laughter.
(3) i cannot meet up the friends and bro, as and when i wish, cos even my bro will have lessons too.
(4) I must start to touch the books and notes to study study study for the future again.

See, it means these.

So how have the guys and girls out there spent your wonderful and rare recess week?
Let see.. So what did i do?

Well, i meet Bro on CNY (Chinese New Year for short) eve at Vivocity to do some last minute shopping. He bought some shirt while i, haha, nothing at all. Nothing caught my eye. Well, after which, we went for our lunch and tea break at food court and Coffee Bean. Had a nice chat with him that day. (though i only know him 2 weeks, but well, that talk means the bond even closer)

So the first day of CNY, people would visit their relatives. Well, i went various part of Singapore to take photos. Birds, streets, weather, scenaries. The whole of 1st day of CNY was spent just like that.

What about the 2nd day of CNY?
Oh well, i went to visit my grandma and played mahjong with her. Actually, i did not really want to play, but she insisted that it was easy to play, won't lose much. But then.. Sighed... Lesson learnt: Do not listen to Old People when they coax you to play with them, especially when they tell you that they don't know how to play.

3rd day of CNY was a bit better.
I went to a friend's house in the early part of morning. Then to Jackson's house for a while. Followed by my daughter's house. And last but not least, to Terry's house. To sum up the day, we went to watch the Movie - Just follow Law. Not bad, people. Should go and watch the movie ba.. And to end the day, i was on the phone chatting with my bro lo.

I spent my 4th day of CNY at the gym to shed off those extra kilos gain.

Well, on the 5th day of CNY. I went for term paper meeting at Woodlands Library after which, joined the rest of the guys to attend the aftermath celebration dinner at Bowmont Garden. And to end the day, i end up chatting with bro again. (guess i have to help him pay for his phone bills)

6th day was the more depressing one.
I spent the morning part to visit my mentor at my alma mater. After which, i went for a project meeting followed by doing of homework. After which, i gave up doing homework and went home to sleep.

so today is the 7th day of CNY and well, the last day i can sleep so late and blog so much.
So i balled this morning and enjoyed the sun-tanning session.. I got a bit darker.. Haha..
And then went home to sleep through the afternoon so as to do some maths revision, in order to go for the test this monday. But then, i spent the time at Chingay. Hahaz.. Tomorrow must study hard hard.

Sighed.. School reopening soon.
Did have a chat with bro just now (if you see it, really thank you for your encouragement and motivation) Really thank you. Like what you said, i will tell myself - just 3 more months, you would be here to study together. Hahaz..

So, now what??

Recently, someone told me this, i forget who is it.
Whenever things happen, it occur to both side of the coin. If one party always choose to see things in his side of coin, then, it will be forever troublesome and nasty. Quarrels and misunderstanding would bound to happen at a frequent interval. So, it is always fair to see things in both sides of the coin.

See this whether is it true for you..

Just 3more months.. My bro is coming in..

知足常乐。。 简单的四个字

Just went back to my alma mater to visit one of my teacher/ mentor today, she talked about making decisions and enjoy the simplicity of life (she talked about books and joys of teaching last year and two years ago respectively). She talked about the importance of decision making and how that should not be regretted in future stage of life. Finally, she did talk about working hard in studies so as to achieve success in later stage of life.

After the 2 hours of chatting session, it shaped some of my perspectives in life and gave me the determination to carry on with the path that i've had decided months and months ago (actually, it's years, but then, trying to make myself look young, i have to substitute the word 'years' with 'months'. In this way, it will really sound very young. [sort of conning myself to believe that i'm young])

I guess life is based solely like a piece of white paper; whatever you will be in later stage of life, it would be decided by what is in that piece of paper (each person is only entitled to one piece of paper).

So today is no longer the ordinary day that i would have. Today is the last day of the vacation break and soon, i will have to go back to fight for my future.

But, i would say, i really love this week, because of many many good things that happened this week. I know such good things will occur again after july. I will definitely look forward to that. But will things turn out to be something else?

增经心痛居然变成莫生
That would be a pain, a pain that i will never forget. But, i will not hate the pain. Definitely not. No point and no reason to hate the pain, especially when you know that such pain inccured was by disappointment and disillusion.

Life ar...

Is just a journey to your final destination. You find some amazing things along the way; you will stop by to top up your car petrol reserve and chat with the Uncles and Aunties in the kiosk; you will stop for a meal and toilet break; you will see people driving with you. And the most important thing - you will only know where is your final destination but you will not know the processes you will face during the journey, this is because LIFE IS ALWAYS UNKNOWN, THAT MAKES LIFE EXCITING.

So today is the 6th day of Chinese New Year, have you done with all the catching up with friends and all? If not, what are you waiting for? Don't anticipate, act along and be happy with the present.

Day 5

Well, it really feel very nice and great when i get to talk to many many people a day. (i don't know why, but, i feel very happy when i get to chat with people over the phone or even face to face. Anything, just plain chat also can)

I was with my bro on the phone just now and was chatting for almost 2 hours (handphone bills? Pay lo, help him also lo), practically no fixed topics.

Well, I went to have dinner with my team of working partners just now. I was at the Different Taste Restaurant, having a 7courses dinner lo.

But.. I only manage to take 2 photos.

Enjoy then...

Happy New Year

Chinese New Year

As years goes by, it seems that the ambience for Chinese New Year is getting weaker and weaker here. The main purpose of this festive and significant season seems to deviate from generation to generation. The preparations, the crowds, the reasons and the ambience seems to be diminishing, and in many years to come, i guess no one might want to celebrate this festival.

I was in a cab just now and the taxi driver shared his experiences about the new year he had in the past and what he was enjoying now. He sounded very sad and full of disillusions, it seems that he have see no future for this festive season. Do you feel the same? If you ask me, i would say Yes and No.

YES - It is an open secret that most of my family-relatives are competitive in nature. Whenever you bump into them, they would compare everything in life; careers, studies, life and many more. I simply get sick and tired of such things. I mean, yes, you can compare, but should not do to an extent that you degraded someone and make him feel so miserable and sad. He's, afterall, a human. A human that has every right to choose what he wants and hope. A human that has every right to decide what he wants. He does not owe anyone a living. Let him be, guide him if you must. But not to degrade him so as to make yourself feel better.

NO - Chinese New Year is always a time where holidays can be fully used to play and have fun. As for me, I have found a new good brother this new year. We spent our whole saturday (Chinese New Year eve) talking at Vivocity and share secrets around. Well, maybe Simin is right - treasure your loved ones, you would never know when you might not have the chance to do so. Yeah, treasure them, love them, cherish them.

I guess this festival is a good reason for me to leave the old feelings and look for new hopes. Inactive things/people/ stuffs are forever inactive, there is completely no point for me to send over any greeting cards and any stuffs to show i care. Put off and be happy.

Yup...

Anyway, just would like to take this opportunity to thank my bro for giving my such a good time.
Happy New Year, all..

Today is the first fay of new year

My theory:" As people start to aged, they might be lazy to go out during festive seasons." Well, i'm one of them (that's why it is my theory mah.)

Anyway, today is the first day of Chinese NEw Year, yet i feel so lazy and tired, simply lazy to move around. I just came back home from a New Year visit from my relatives. The feeling was rather awkwarding and strange; not like those i would have when i'm with a group of friends - so fun and blissful. By sitting for even 15mins made me felt like i'm there for a year. Cousins, nephews and nieces were comparing their academic achievement for the past one year. Adults were comparing their success story for the past one year. Compare, compare and COMPARE. Competition. I guess this is the origin of stress and pressure.

I always thought Chinese New Year should be a time where there would be full of fun, love and entertaining. With all you good friends around doing things that simply give fun and laughters. With many many ongoing activities. How come not the way leh??

Ok la, tired la. Got to turn in...
Jia you..
Good night...
